No. Luminao is a coaching and feedback platform. Your mentor helps you find your voice, sharpen your ideas, and improve your writing. They don't write for you. This is the same kind of help private college counselors provide.
How are mentors verified?
Every mentor signs up with a .edu email address, which confirms current enrollment at their university. We built our verification around this requirement from day one. It's why you can trust what you see on the profile.
What if I don't like my session?
Contact us within 24 hours of a completed session and we'll make it right: either a refund or a free replacement session with a different mentor.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are booked in 1-hour blocks. You can book multiple back-to-back if you want a longer working session.
